About Us

Welcome

Supported Drug & Alcohol Free Accommodation For People In Recovery

Park View Project Liverpool is a supported housing service for people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. We are a total abstinence service which means that prospective candidates would need to provide a clean sample upon entry and maintain abstinence for the duration of their stay.

We operate with license agreements as opposed to tenancy agreements, the former enabling us to discharge service users immediately if they should fail a drug test or refuse to provide one. All of the properties require total abstinence, in both first and second stage.

Our aims and objectives are for our service users to maintain a life free of alcohol and drugs and to help facilitate healthy connection to community, to virtuous circles rather than vicious cycles!

Whether you’re a stakeholder from another service or somebody considering the service for yourself, please come and visit, you’ll be very welcome!

We provide 67 beds across five sites. Bathrooms, kitchens, communal lounges and dining rooms are shared.

Length of Stay

An ideal period in the supported housing project, first stage, would be 3 months, but this is not rigid. People who might need more time in first stage will be considered and their needs assessed accordingly. The length of stay during the second stage can be considerably longer depending on the individual's progress with property pool and/or other housing providers; their ongoing commitment to their own recovery and fulfilment of the terms of the licence agreement.
